If the Rangers can get a point tonight versus Guelph, Friday will be the first time since 2015-16 that the Rangers and Knights will meet with both teams at or above .700.

If not, then the Rangers can make that happen on Saturday with a win on Friday.

Is this a pointless stat? Actually, no, I think it helps to point to how big this weekend's games are. It is rare that the Knights and Rangers are both top-calibre teams in the same season.

But, of course, that's this weekend's fun/problem. Tough test tonight first.

Tidy win.

Big game on Friday. Nice that neither team plays the night before.
Even playing field.

Rangers got the lead and kept going in this one. Parsons was elated to get the win after having a few not so good outings. Team played better in front of him. They have to find a way to get the power play going better in the second half. Pug was pugnacious.
True about the PP. They should have had more success last night. The second unit looked to be more of a threat than the first.

One might even say pug shows sportsmanship...aways commenting and giving the opposing players suggestions...

The first line of Mesar-Rehkopf-Sale will eventually mesh and then BOOM. Should go for PP1 as well.

That pass from Mesar between the legs of the defender and onto Rehkopf at the net during regular play was "slay" as the young ones would say. Didn't translate into a goal but it was close.

Rangers were better at getting out of their zone last night and preventing Guelph from setting up in their zone. This will absolutely be needed on Friday and Saturday. Once London is setup, it's a shooting gallery.

Looking forward to a hard fought game on Friday!!

Cameron Arquette has 6 points in 2 games since returning to Leamington. Puts him 3rd in 07 scoring

Haeden Ellis sits 2nd in 07 scoring

Owen Edwards has 2 shutouts, 13/15 wins, and remains top 07 statistically in the Gojhl. Numbers dropped a little with a tough game allowing 8 goals. (Elmira is currently 2nd place)

Doesn’t translate as it used to, but just because Dad played in the OHL doesn’t mean the son chooses that path. We saw that with Gauthier.

Would be nice if Ellis reported. But I’m not holding my breath.

Northeastern commit.
