Part 4 will happen about two weeks into the season after 1000 posts complaining about his slow start.
I have to admit that I am very impressed that KK has his vaccine and visa in order, and will not miss any training camp. Maybe he should send Khovanov some simple, easy to read instructions.
Trade this punk! Or has all that talk faded now?![]()
It means he could very well be traded in the 2023-24 season.
The best forward in the teams history just signed a 5 year deal, and you're talking about trading him for futures? So it seems like we will have 3 years to try and decide if we want to trade him for more pieces to build around or if we wanna take a gamble and try and resign him after this current contract is up, are we able to start contract extension talks between 2024-2026?
No I asked a 2 part question but okThe best forward in the teams history just signed a 5 year deal, and you're talking about trading him for futures?

Yes, background talks can actually begin in January I believe... anything before that is technically illegal by CBA rules, but sure it happens anyway.Talks can happen whenever they want. An extension cannot be signed until July 1st of 2025
You have a source for any of this?Yes, background talks can actually begin in January I believe... anything before that is technically illegal by CBA rules, but sure it happens anyway.
Looks like i was wrong, extension negotiations can only begin officially on July 1, 2025... so my original statement was correct, the start of the 2025-26 offseason. You have a source for any of this?
Extensions may be negotiated but only in the final year of the contract and only if such extension is for an amount that can be accommodated in a Club's upper limit for the current year or as computed for future years.
