Kings Win!

NBC Sports should be ashamed they have analysts like Anson Carter and Mike Millbury. Anson added to his already incredible night by saying the Kings didn't win the game but the Coyotes lost it. Did he watch one second of the game?

Everyone tonight is talking completely out of their ass.
 
That game at home against the Caps despite a win was a disaster. The Kings got nothing yet again from the 2nd line, Carter was being dragged down by poor linemates and hadn't scored in 9 of the previous 10 games and just looked terrible overall.

Myself and many others mentioned how the biggest challenge facing Sutter was finding a way to maximize Carter. The next game he put Carter at 2nd line center with two young, fast and talented wingers and it has proven to be another amazing coaching decision by Sutter. Since then Carter has 3 goals and 6 points in 8 games and the Kings have much better balance throughout the lineup.

And moving Richards down has had a generally positive impact on him as well.

Too bad there weren't any clock shenanigans tonight. A few more moments and we would have been treated to another Shane Doan temper tantrum.

If Pearson/Toffoli can even be marginally effective on Carter's wings in the playoffs, we're going to be hard to beat.
 
Favorite part of the game was Doan trying to run Muzzin with like 5mins left. Muzzin olès Doan and Doan falls over 2 fallen players into the boards
