You put Toffoli and you have 3 good lines instead of two.

Or we can get iggy now.

Play tyler mother ****ing toffoli in the next game please

Who sits and what's the lines? He doesn't work on the 2nd line with him and carter both looking to shoot. In my opinion I would sit king, put Williams with carter and Richards and put the kid with Kopi. Lines will still have a sniper a play maker and someone along the boards to free the puck.

Dang it you guys, couldn't beat Vanny for us today? They are not going away. We're trying to gain some distance between us and them!! Did I read it correctly when it said LA only had 20 SOG for the entire game??

Not trying to offend but not really caring about what your team needs and where they stand.

Richards to LW, Carter to C?

They won't go away, they're a great team even with injuries.

We almost beat Chicago earlier with a less than stellar performance. Regroup and focus on two points. Chicago has come back down to earth.

Kings didn't necessarily play bad. I see the last two games where the opponent went into a defensive shell and there was nothing open in the slot. The D focused on not letting the Kings to choose where they want to go. To beat that the Kings needed to use the point and get guys towards the net for screens and tips. They thought they can skate in on the rush and get pretty tic-tac-toe pass scoring plays like they were getting earlier in the year. Mix it up a little, eh....

Garrett from the Vancouver feed talked about how Sutter felt he was over-playing Kopitar, Brown and Williams to the point they were tiring out. I've recently noticed they almost constantly, game in, game out, come in 4-5 minutes TOI over Richards and Carter, to-day being no exception. And, to boot, their average shift lengths are almost 10 seconds or better than the ex-Flyers. Last year, the TOI were much closer and I wonder why the change. I don't see it but are Carter and Richards playing that poorly or is there some other reason- maybe saving them for the play-offs. I'm stumped.

The Richards line has been one and done for the most part lately. If they manage a shot, that's the only one. Kopitar's line at least controls the puck some. Not to the point where they would be compared to the Sedin line on the first shift of the 3rd period, but Kopitar's line just looks better on the ice.

Fans should just boycott afternoon games until the Kings stop scheduling them. Most games are either a loss or a lethargic effort or both.

When you have a building this busy, you will never be able to completely avoid day games, even in an 82 game schedule made up 6-8 months in advance.

Those injuries mean nothing. They still have good players on their team.

My concern is when they get some of those players back. We couldn't put them away while they were depleted, wonder how we'd fair against them in the playoffs with Kesler and Edler in the line up. Granted we don't have Greene and Mitchell but you need to bury teams when opportunities like this comes up.

There has been zero net presence the past two games. That needs to get fixed. Aside from the Stoll line, everyone else has looked flat of late. Despite the win on Tuesday, they haven't played well enough since Monday's game. They've had great looks the past two games but have failed to convert and aren't forcing secord, third, or fourth chances. They've been one and done of late.

The Kings get shut out by Dallas and can't score against Vancouver there is no way in hell there going to have a chance against Chicago.

Another optimist. Well **** me to death...where do these fans come from anyway?

Seeing as the Kings handled them in the playoffs. I wouldn't be too worried. But, I know it's different every time. If the Kings don't get Greene and Mitchell back before that time, I can see the Canucks maybe taking over. It's not like the Canucks outplayed the Kings. They just happen to get the right bounce. Kings had plenty of chances. I'm not worried. It's once their defensive game steps away is when I will start to panic a bit. I don't see that happening anytime soon though.

Can we bench Fraser and put in TT? He hasn't done anything wrong but he's unimportant. I think it'd make us better.

This. They scored just one goal, and it came from a rookie being out of position. Yes it was enough today but its not a team to be feared in the playoffs.
