Most fun I've ever had at a hockey game was when the Eisberan Berlin hockey team from the German League played the Reign in an exhibition game last season at CBBA. Their fans took over one whole section, with drums beating, conga lines, wavering banners, teams songs etc. They never stopped for the entire game, and even were doing their thing in between periods. So much fun, had the Reign fans on their feet. Just an absolute blast.

SSM won 4-1, Villalta DNP.
Mississauga beat Niagara 5-4 in OT, Thomas has 3 Assists, +1 and 8/13 at the dot. Ingham stopped 30/34 in getting the W.
Owen Sound lost 4-1, Dudas had a SHG, -1 and 7/14 at the dot, Phillips had an Assist and even.

10/6 games:

Talk about peaks and valleys with Thomas.

He has 8 points in 2 games, but 0 points in the other 4 games.
 
Kupari drew a penalty when the goaltender tripped him trying to carry the puck around the net.

In the subsequent powerplay, he tipped in a shot/pass to put Karpat up 3-2

Mississauga won 4-3, Ingham stopped 32/35.
SSM won 4-1, Villalta stopped 27/28.
Owen Sound lost 6-3, Dudas was scoreless and even, Phillips had an Assist and was even.

10/13 games:

Mississauga (Ingham) @ Hamilton
Niagara (Thomas) @ Barrie
London @ Owen Sound (Dudas, Phillips)

Kupari with an assist in the Champions Hockey League.

I'm eagerly awaiting for when the scouting staff can nail some hits in Russia. Shafigullin is averaging 6:36 ice time/game. Dergachev is getting 15:00 min/game, which is good, but he also is benched semi-regularly.

Niagara lost 4-3, Thomas had a Goal, -2, and an Assist.
SSM won 6-3, Villalta stopped 33/36.
Owen Sound lost 7-6 in SO, Dudas had a Goal and -2. Phillips had an Assist and +2.

10/18 games:

Ottawa @ Niagara (Thomas)
Mississauga (Ingham) @ North Bay

At this moment, Akil Thomas is tied for 7th in the OHL in scoring with 4-14-18.

Since Kupari is already signed and 'on loan' this season to Karpat, I hope he comes here when their season ends. From what I can tell, their season ends March 14.
He turns 19 on March 15. So must remember, his 5 pts in 10 games in Liga is as an 18 year old and that's pretty good. He will be 18 the entire season there.

Reasonable chance he plays for the Reign next season if he doesn't make the Kings.
