Kehler and Portland blew it in the final two minutes of the game.

Vilardi really took over. Max Jones also returned 3 games ago so they are much deeper now.

Vilardi didn't score tonight or any points but he makes plays that other guys can only dream. watched the kid since he was 11 and coached his older brother, he will get better every year. what he can do with the puck can't be developed he just does.
He is a gamer. Jeff Carter at center Gabe on the wing for a year or two and your pp will click at 27%. He does things on the pp that many men dream of.
He has it all just doesn't skate fast, whippity do.
As a leafs fan and an Ontario guy i believe he will be on someones wing next year not playing center, but eventually he will be an awesome center. him and doughty on the pp together. drooly face emojii

Bias Kingston guy. He does things you cant develop.

He should have been top 5 last year you guys got a steal.
Feel free to chirp due to the late night/drunkenness of this post but if you look at my profile I only post once in a harvest moon.

Rymsha and Clague to join Reign ? Who else . Why hasn't Eyssimont been playing much in Ontario

Clague is going to join according to reports. Kehler has also joined the Reign. Not sure about Rymsha or what the Kings plans are. He still doesn't have an NHL deal. Eyssimont has been solid positionally and looks like he plays a smart game. His skating seems pretty average at best in the limited time I have seen him, but time will tell. I would say he is adjusting to the speed of the game, whereas Anderson-Dolan came in and looked like he has played as a pro for years. Dynamic and aggressive player, undersized a bit though.

So the Kings have Kingston and the winner of Owen Sound/SSM to root for in the playoffs/Memorial Cup (if any of them get that far).

Owen Sound/SSM play game 7 tonight. If OS wins, that would be a massive upset. The Soo was dominant in the OHL this year.

Kingston (3) v Hamilton (1) in the East Final. Should be a real good test for Vilardi. I’ll be at game 1 tomorrow evening. Look forward to seeing him live.

Yeah, what an upset. The Soo was the only OHL team to break 100 pts, and they got up to 116. Talk about a letdown so far.
