I didn't use draft year. Draft years vary due to the September cutoff. I used the same age players. Playing their 18 year old year. They turned 19 JUST before playoffs. That is the same age as Kempe. It's quite frankly ridiculous to suggest otherwise.

So if someone is 18 years and 11 months they count, but if they were 19 years and one month, they don't?

John Carlson is four months older than Kempe. That's almost nothing in terms of overall development.

No, John Carlson is almost 9 months older when he played in the AHL playoffs.

This is not about overall development either. No idea why you are taking this the wrong way.
 
I think Frolov was just asking about literal age rather than developmental years for statistical purposes rather than developmental curves. You're ALL right! YOU get a correct! And YOU get a correct!
