I think so, especially in hindsight.

They can do what they want with the C. It went from Marleau to Thornton to Pavelski in SJ, while they were all on the team at the time. Modano had it and lost it to Morrow in Dallas.

Brown sounds happy not to have it. Take it off Kopitar if he doesn't want it, or can't handle it. Do it now if it means he's going to score 12 goals. Give it to Quick.

Cant blame doughty at all about the "get rid of some old players" quote.


I used the nhl lottery simulator 10 times and got the kings to move up 5 of the 10. Twice in first place. Maybe I should go pick the ping pong balls out of the thing.
