Kings really need a big body LIKE Penner to play with Richards/Carter. Clifford has not shown he can really produce on the top 1-2 lines yet and Toffoli is a Carter clone.

I think the Kings should pursue any of these UFA's in the off season....A bigger winger who is not afraid to mix it up and is good for 10-20 goals.

Not only that, but he's a RW. Kings are overloaded there.

Horton can rotate to LW or Carter can move too...I don't think that is a big deal.

Kings traded Gagne, a LW, and Penner, a LW, will likely depart as a UFA. So the hole is there to be filled.

The Kings have experimented with wingers playing on their offside. They tried it with Williams, it didn't work. Toffoli struggled on the left side, and Carter is also used to the right side of the ice. Shifting the position of wingers isn't as easy as you may think. There are some who are capable of it, like Brown, but there are many who aren't.

It's going to be really tough for Toffoli to crack the top 6 with Williams and Carter already playing RW and Lewis, a Sutter favorite, playing RW on the 3rd line. So it looks like the Kings have to add a LW this summer via UFA.

True but I see the kings trading to get one so I believe there's a few more options other than these 2 guys. No idea on who it might be though.

I'd rather bring back Penner (LOL) instead of that ****ing clown Clowe or old, over the hill Morrow. Would rather NOT have Penner next year though. MacArthur and Filppula are UFAs and better options than Penner.

With Carter's skill and Richards' passing ability, Kings need a big body who can cause traffic in the front of the net and in the corners...MacArthur and Fil are really not those type of players. We need a Chris Stewart, Wayne Simmonds type.

Clowe is going to be around 5 million, Morrow around 2-2.5 million. So the Kings could target Morrow if they wanted to.
