When the Caps won their Cup they picked up Michal Kempny, which was an under the radar move at the time. He ended up being a big steadying influence at the end of their defensive rotation and was a big factor in their run. Mikkola feels like he could be that guy for us.

Not even close. Lindgren will be an RFA in summer 2024, so it isn't one year. He will be signed for at least 4 more years. And Mikkola isn't as good. The assets we would get back for Lindgren are worth far less than the value of keeping him.

Kids with most shifts of the forwards . Great game by them. Love beating the Craps. Too bad he didn't cost so much but Goodrow adds character and grit to this team. He will be a bigger factor come playoffs.
