More details coming in. His 2 friends were also killed. First police report is saying a speeding car was trying to change lanes and hit the car Jackson was in. Alcohol might have been a factor as well.

Southern MD can be a dicey place to be on the roads late at night. I remember a few brutal street racing accidents on Indian Head Hwy about 10-15 years ago.
