They might not be 100% accurate either but you will be able to ballpark who makes what. Some teams, Loko for example, do publish the salary information, especially when it comes to bigger signings.

Some expensive players have left SKA during the season - Stromwall, Kamenev, Handemark, Dyblenko and now Vey is leaving the club per reported rumour and Komarov will replace him. Plus, all mentioned players joined the team while the season is ongoing, meaning their salary under the cap is lower than potential salary if signed before season opener. And contracts´ structure (basic vs bonus) is important.

How about you study their roster, roster moves and slaries more closely? They did not have an expensive roster to begin with at season start. They moved quite a few players during the season. I don't see how they should be over the cap with what they have.

I based it on the source down below where their salaries are 880 million rubles, but I just realized that Lehtonen's and Gusev's contracts were included in those numbers so I guess I take it back

You did notice the sarcasm emoji? He just meant that Barys is often incorporating foreigners into their kazach concept of Barys -> citizenship -> Kazakh NT. It probably won't be enticing for Jurco.
