With Pegula paying a Associate GM, and 2 assistant GM's, I would say the chances are slim and none

There are plenty of experienced hockey people out there. I still think you could throw a huge pile of cash at Ken Holland to come in for an advisory role and work with ownership to build out a new front office.

You constantly forget the "reality" of who the owner is, like he doesn't exist in your mind (we can only wish)

It exists, but I still don't understand what the problem is. He tried inexperienced GMs from Sens and Pens, it didn't work, he tried internal hiring with no experience in the front office at all and that didn't work either, the only option left is to try to hire an experienced person for one of the roles GM/POHO/Advisor.

Yes... thinking that Ryan Miller or Mike Peca is a god damn idiotic idea is definitely me wanting to keep Adams.
