And by ten year plan you mean ten years of planning the plan, right? Don't want to rush things.
This man has been saying for years, literal years, that he’s always working to make a deal. He doesn’t make those deals. Either he’s lying…or imagine being another GM on the other end of these calls that go nowhere. For years.Ya'll have some wild head cannon
You don't actually think they are firing the GM mid-season do you?Thats bad.
It depends on the situation, but I think it happens sometimes. Moreover, it is possible that Ruff's word will also be taken into account. You don't actually think they are firing the GM mid-season do you?
Did we not just praise practically every offseason move he made? Beck/Lafferty/Mcleod/Zucker/Gilbert. Why fire him now? The abysmal PP and PK early in the season wasn't on Adams and that was enough to set us back 3-4 wins.It depends on the situation, but I think it happens sometimes. Well, because he didn't get a top 4 RD and didn't get a top 6 F. He put a second line of kids and put the youngest team on the ice (which apparently never makes the playoffs). Then he continued to do weird things with Levi and Reimer. So yeah, he's in his fifth year as a GM and there's no results yet.Did we not just praise practically every offseason move he made? If November goes south, I can see wanted to get rid of him, I just am not sure I see the point it won't impact the on-ice product. Bringing in a new GM that doesn't know this organization before the trade deadline is also risky.Well, because he didn't get a top 4 RD and didn't get a top 6 F. But that's not what I meant, it was about firing him in the middle of the season. For example, a series of unsuccessful games this month and if he doesn't make any moves, maybe Terry's patience will snap, plus Ruff's opinion.
Well, that's just one of the versions. Usually GMs are changed in the summer, but here there is also the question of saving the season. If Terry and Ruff want to save the season, then it is possible. Also, any experienced GM probably already understands what is wrong here. Perhaps this will just be a move by a PHO/adviser, and the interim GM will be, for example, Karmanos, there are many possible developments. If November goes south, I can see wanted to get rid of him, I just am not sure I see the point it won't impact the on-ice product. the average fan isn’t equipped to see the full picture of a ten-year plan to reach playoff contention
