You get a GM who hates to lose, and coach who hates to lose, and I have a feeling you’ll have enough guys on the team who hate to lose. I’m not worried about Pettersson at all…not that we have a snowball’s chance at getting him.

Reminds me how Ruff said just today that he needs players whose main trait is that they hate to lose more than anything.

Is there anyone more comfortable with losing than Adams? Is there any team with less accountability?

It seems like Adams is always projecting - revealing to us his greatest weaknesses when he describes the team he wants to build. Saying he wants to shape the team in the image of his polar opposite.

The same guy who said that you don't qualify for the playoffs December 7th or whatever (then they proceed to lose like the next 8 straight). Complete deflection loser talk that they have made an art form well before Adams. Seeps into the entire operation at all levels.

I don't blame them for not putting Adams in front of the fans. That isn't good for anybody. Although he couldn't wait to get his carcass out in front of any and everyone when things seemed to be going well, so it is annoying.

I am kind of surprised that Tuch didn't step in front of the grenade for the younger guys. Supposedly 'one of us'. Im sure he is counting down the days to UFA next year

With how many post game interviews Tuch has done this season, I'm okay with him sitting this one out.

If I was Tuch I'd be pushing more for management to get out there and face the music.

You aren't making moves to bring in anyone via trade or even waivers, your last presser you made statements about how Buffalo is a hard sell and not a desired place to other players and the team has fallen to shit since then..

It’s almost as if not trying to make incremental improvements to the roster that are well within their ability to do has been a disaster. Players to fill out a NHL quality lineup, insulate and guide the young players, be leaned on when leads need to be protected or when you need hard matchups. Many, many, many players without trade protection that would have upgraded this lineup and made it more competitive have occurred in the last five years. Adams hasn’t made them. He’s sat on money and futures and the team is held in worse regard now than it was the day he took over. These are inarguable points. He is the disaster.

No, I realized you weren't trying to joke, I think Adams said something similar. But I added a suitable gif to this very phrase of Adams. This is a response to Adams, not to you.

I still cannot even believe this. I am assuming Adams is a smart guy (not a good hockey GM, but a smart guy)... There must be someone who is smart working there. How do they not suggest that this is a massive PR blunder. At least a coach, a captain, something...

Let's send the 19 year old out there????? Fitting, since he is quite possibly the most likable member of the franchise lol. They have to be disenfranchising themselves to set up a move. Have to be!!!
