The Sharks can't retain, so someone else would be better.I like the player, but I think he's done. Maybe he can squeeze one more 20 goal season out of that body, but age and injury history are not on his side at this point also given the style of play he likes to play.
Trade him to Anaheim in a deal for Gibson (his wife is from LA, so that'll be an easy transition for his fam) and bring back Kostin retained for peanuts.
