You just quoted the opposite yourself.

If Kakko doesn't think he's been the worse guy on the team, he's saying there are worse guys than him and that they are the ones who should be out of the lineup.

It's hockey. It's not like they can dress 21 players.
He never said they should be out of the lineup. There are guys that may be worse than him but play a different position or role. It is more nuanced than you are making it seem.

After Trouba was forced to waive his NTC, nobody should be surprised that Rangers management will be shipping out their players like last weeks leftovers.

Just wait until Panarin is traded, he's really going to throw his teammates under the bus.

I would love Kakko in the Devils with Hughes or why not Laine in the Habs. Laine and Kakko could be good for each other with a decent playmaking center. Their strengths and weaknesses could actually be a great match.
Make it happen Habs!

Kakko isn't wrong. He was not the right player to scratch to send a message. Kreider or Zibenejad should have been. It is easy to scratch the young guy. He has been one of their best 5v5 players all season.

The problem is Drury. Goodrow was a respected guy in the locker room, Drury did him dirty, circumvented his NMC, and got him to San Jose. Then he did the same thing to their captain Trouba. Its not that he is moving these players, its how he is doing it.

Don't sign players to a partial or full NMC if you have no intention of honoring it.

The cancer is at the top, and Drury needs to go.
