Player Discussion Kaiden Guhle

21, 48, 93 and 14 are elite players, top 10 at their position, franchise players. I dont see that with anyone else. Theyte supporting players.
13th leading scorer in goals may not top 10, but I would like to know what standards are you using to decide who is top 10?

Kaprizov, Keller, Panarin, Tkachuk, Boldy, Hagel, Connor Guentzel, Bratt, Forsberg, Ovi, Barzal, Robertson, Tkachuk, Verhage?, Debrincat?, Fiala? Holloway?, Michkov?

Thats why.

God I love this kid
We just don't make the playoffs without him

When he went down with that freak gruesome injury I thought he was OUT for the year easy
Couldn't be happier he made it back right on time when we needed it the most
Now he gets to play in the playoffs already, just 23 yrs old lol

Unreal 2 goals last night bud, thank you

Most thinks hes a future #4 because his DB page isnt flashy.

A lot of experts say hes our #1.
Almost got my head taken off for saying he was ARGUABLY our most important player earlier in the season. I mean of course we have a few but he’s in the mix.

Amazing we held on without him and doubly amazing he came back

Ive been saying it for three years. Im not surprised as you do know puck 🤝.
Oh wow. Thanks man! That means a lot even though I disagree lol.
We disagree on plenty but I hold your opinion in high regard.

I remember you nailing Ylonen’s scouting report all the way back to his WJC. He was producing but there was something missing and I couldn’t put my finger on it and you knew exactly what it was: IQ. It wasn’t even the most talked about attribute at the time too. I quickly piggy backed your criticism of him and we (you) were dead on.

But back to Guhle, I remember we were both really bullish on him very soon into his NHL career. When I saw those rushes he was making that soon, I was completely convinced he was an utter stud. I remember you gushing too.

Respect bro!

Lets all remember I was pretty sure the beauty that Guhle is would be at best a #3 and I was mad they didn't pick a "high impact" forward like Mercer

Journalist: “How do you counter that physicality in the game by the Capitals?”

Kaiden Guhle: “Uhh, give it back...”

What was Guhle thinking on that 3rd goal. He didnt stay in his lane and almost pushed Xhekaj out of his position. He had a difficult game
