I don't know man, dude has trouble playing more than half a season. Last year at 70 games played was an anomaly. Hadn't played 60 games in 5 years prior to that!

Trading a 23 year old defenseman who is our best defenseman, just because he's had some weird injury luck is just bad business. You aren't gonna get anything back remotely close to that.

I mean I'm obviously not blaming him, it's not his fault at all, but this kid is so jinxed with injuries it's insane! He's as injury prone as Benoit Brunet was.

If Hugo gets a good offer, I'd trade him for sure.

Matheson is hurting the team by 'actively playing' and Guhle hurts the team by missing time sometimes

In this case you dont just throw away the guy who when he PLAYS helps the team greatly, he could rattle off 5 straight 82 GP after this you just never know

What I 'do' know is we're a worse team without him, and we're a worse team 'with' Matheson.

No way I trade this kid. Teams spend years looking for defensemen this good. Very bad luck to get cut the way he did. On the flipside after a few rough starts Struble has begun to shine as a replacement
