He has a full NMC, so if Calgary wants to move him, he can force them to trade with Brad if he wants to. Of course it would be difficult to find a trade that works and makes the money work etc...but even if Calgary doesn't want to deal with Toronto, the NMC could force their hand.

Objecitvely... if Conroy approaches Kadri about the concept of moving on, or Kadri approaches Conroy about the concept of trying to get on a better team; Kadri doesn't exactly have a great "reason" to be overly selective in his destination.
