THIS!!! Pretty much Every team in our division has had a chance to experience drafting a guy like this (some teams even two times in a short amount of time). I would say this is something no Ranger fan has experienced on here in their lifetime (at least at the forward position).

The Pens have drafted four in my lifetime.

This kid is different, obviously as ranger fans we’re biased...but with the size skill and a work ethic from what I read is comparable to Crosby I believe he will be a top 5 player in the league for a decade

Kravtsov has been excellent as well, I'm starting to think he should be the winger for Panarin and Zibanajad to start since he is such a smart playmaker that it might compliment two guys that can shoot in Panarin and Zibanajad . His vision is unreal. Kakko looks like he could be the main piece on his own line.

I think that's a nice nickname as Kakko(nen) means second or number 2 in Finnish. Actually number 2 is "kaksi" and second is "toinen", but in spoken language we can use kakkonen for both. We have even famous children tv-program called Pikku Kakkonen (The Tiny/Little 2) which you can see in channel number 2.

So K2 is a perfect nickname for him. K2 mountain is the second highest mountain. It's also called as a King of the Mountains as it's more difficult to conquer than Mount Everest which is the highest mountain.

Not too shabby for an entrance I'd say. Especially with that last minutes' clutch he displayed. The kid already made the front page of the www.nhl.com after his first game in a prospect tournament, although I'd had preferred a sub headline of "showing why he should've been the 1st overall pick". Okay jokes aside, must have been challenging for him facing all those youngsters out there.

Cannot wait to see what he's got in the sleeves when the real games begin!

That seems to be the strongest comparison. I was young for most of Forsberg's career, but I definitely don't see many similar active NHL players. It's interesting for a change to be able to compare a prospect to a former star and not have an argument ensue about whether or not the comparison is purely aesthetic.
