Sucks that Liljegren hasn't played a game yet in the series. Throwing him right into game 6 on the road after not playing for a few weeks would be tough.

That said, you can't be any worse than Holl has been in this series. The misconception is that Holl is needed for his PK abilities, but when you have Schenn/Brodie/McCabe/Gio, Liljegren could fill in as the 5th guy if one of them is in the box.

Holl plays a lot of PP1 so I'm assuming that's why there is a goals against discrepancy.

Holl played like 13 mins last night which aren't even bottom pairing minutes so I doubt Keefe trusts him. But at the same time why tf is Liljegren not in?

You have Giordano, Brodie, McCabe, Schenn to handle pk duties. Is having an extra pk d-man really worth all the extra GA? Rielly is the only one back there that can actually skate with the puck consistently with Liljegren out.
