This guy have mentality to be a difference maker.

He have the talent, to be a difference maker.

He have all things to become a difference maker.

He just need to play like he do right now in first half of season next year and he will have a great production.

Everyone speak about Demidov and Hutson, but Slaf aswell can be a very special player.

o_O

The 27 hits is 2nd in the league in those 5 games. Kiefer Sherwood is 1st with 29.
The thing I learned about hits this year is the NHL only calls it a hit if the player being hit loses possession of the puck. That's a ton of opportunities to turn over the puck he's generated recently. He also has other physicality that doesn't meet this definition.

Since 4 nations he has 3 goals, 2 assists, 15 shots, and 27 hits in 5 games. This is how we should want him to play.
Slaf haters have gone quiet again. Good!
No one hated the selection or has a lower view of the player, his skills, and the developmental path he has been walking, than me, but he's been playing incredibly well.

Given that it's incongruous with the totality of his work, and players generally do not reinvent their games long-term, it's doubtful that he will continue to do so, but if he does, then that's fantastic, and he'll be a valuable core piece due to a complete transformation in terms of playstyle.

What exactly do you want "haters" (sane people who actually judge the player based on his performances, I assume that you mean) to say other than "he's played well for the last [X] games" or some such if they wanted to go into greater detail?
