na, we have a goalie we can trade them too

Miller can only blame himself. Nobody ran him out of town. Fans loved him till he decided to start giving no f*** given efforts out there and moping around. 3rd team he has played his way off of.Canucks traded a distressed Todd Bertuzzi for Roberto Luongo back in the day. Anything can happen
But you can count me as a Nucks fan that’s unhappy to see JT driven out of town like this.
This time Bertuzzi is JT Miller.Canucks traded a distressed Todd Bertuzzi for Roberto Luongo back in the day. Anything can happen

Hope he mails in the effort as an FU to VancouverHe’s going to play Edmonton tomorrow one last time and then he will be traded.
Bitter departure turned into storybook ending if they beat Edmonton
So, cashews? It won't be for peanuts and the Rangers will pay a damn good price for him. It's gonna be talked about and debated over for years.
Teams with rock solid leadership structure and a great locker room.I mean what team would want a know locker room cancer? Especially mid season?
Canucks should waive Miller. He's guaranteed to be claimed. Rather than retain and take back the pile of garbage from the Rags they get full cap space.
The cap space is more valuable.

Jt Miller is legit a top 5 player in the NHL he’s such a stud. If the wings were in the playoff mix I’d die to have a guy like him on the team
They can’t. Miller has a full NMC. That’s why the Canucks are screwed.Canucks should waive Miller. He's guaranteed to be claimed. Rather than retain and take back the pile of garbage from the Rags they get full cap space.

Or it's the usual media making shit up as usual. This is starting to feel like what management did to Boudreau. Like, fine trade/fire him, do whatever, but don't leave these guys out to dry like this, its a terrible look.
didn't lysell bust three years ago?Zacha carlo and lysell. Take it or leave it.
Trash deal.If it is NYR, they going to give something like:
Filip Chytil C ($4.4M Cap hit), 2 more years left after this one on his deal
Ryan Lindgren LD ($4.5M Cap hit), UFA at the end of the year
2026 1st Rounder (protection TBD)
B-level prospect from Hartford (Berard, Roobroeck, or something similar)
maybe stop lowballing like a bunch of vultures and make a real offer you jackasses
I’d give up a lot to have him. 2026 1st, a roster player like Michael Rasmussen, Jonatan Berggren, maybe Alex Lyon If you need a goalie with demko situation and a good prospect like William Wallinder...you're only 5 points out...make an offer...
So you don’t think they’ve been in trade talks with Carolina NYR and NJD? Somehow I doubt the media is making that upOr it's the usual media making shit up as usual.
Would they move him? Sure if it made them better but like every single nucks rumour over the years it's 90% BS.
Like come on oilers? They have two players that have any appeal in a trade, or on TSN, he could get traded now, March, the summer or never. That's some real insider shit right there.
I'd bet anything once the team wins two or three in a row, there will be a media silence followed by all the trades that almost happened, with absolutely zero evidence.
Nucks should just hold him correct . That's a low ball offer by drury and maybe hes trying to make redeem himself after being fleeced by Seattle with that kakko trade debacle .I'm going on record saying that if the Canucks trade JT Miller during the season it will be looked back on as a terrible trade for them and everyone will call their management impatient and shortsighted.
The time to trade Miller is in the offseason when more teams can make cap space for him and the Canucks can weigh their options.
The absolutely terrible offers being floated out there from the Rangers, including the sentiment that they're looking for "the lowest offer the Canucks would accept" has all the makings of a trade where people look back and say "that's where Allvin and Rutherford lost their jobs" ... even if they do last another year or so after the trade.
I think they’ll have to take some sort of salary back. Not many teams can afford to add Miller’s full hit otherwise. Latest rumours are they’re leaning towards a futures heavy deal, which makes sense, most contenders aren’t interested in moving contributing players.Would Vancouver take a heavy futures deal along with some contracts coming back?
