You're more likely to win than lose with JT Miller on the team. Once they purge some more of the core, JT will become a valuable leader who will push accountability. And he'll lead by example on the ice. Who cares if he rubs people the wrong way? Most leaders do because they have ego, and that ego includes a drive never to lose. He's not here to teach philosophy, paint trees, or have team bonding coffee enemas with his teammates.

The team is better with JT on it but lets stop this fantasy of him being a leader. He got kicked out of Vancouver because he is a shitty leader.

And also, A good leader is not someone who rubs you the wrong way. A leader is supposed to inspire you to follow.
