Xenforo Cloud is doing server maintenance Thurdsay 13th at 9 AM GMT. Downtime is to be expected during the process. Server changes were implemented recently to cope with the traffic surge last week. This seems to be affecting the user login, so please anyone experiencing this, log out and clear the browser cache. We expect to have this issue solved once the maintenance is complete.

I only saw it live, but it seemed like it happened after a cross-check from behind. Can't find any video though.

He uses both arms to prop himself up onto the bench so doubt it’s shoulder.
There’s like no contract anywhere. Hes also not skating off on one leg or anything.
This is some freak injury thing.

Norris only goes off the ice to the dressing room after some freak doesn't look like much contact or reason
Maybe he got the wind knocked out of him and said ok that's it

There was a cross check but it didn’t look like a particularly violent one. He does seem to reach with one arm towards his back after getting the crosscheck (can see it better in the 2nd video above). Kind of weird. Hope the guy is alright.

Hope the Rhino call up is precautionary and not indicative of Norris missing more time.
For what's it worth I have been at a bar with a pulled groin before. A torn ACL, as well.
I hope it means nothing serious for Norris, but I would wait until we hear more.
Honestly, if it's a minor thing, I'd rather he take the Nashville game off to be 100% for the Florida teams.

That is another thing Andlauer needs to learn about the Ottawa fanbase. Any Norris injury needs an immediate update on shoulder or not shoulder. You can hide what it is, unless it is the shoulder again, then we need to know!

To me it looks like his right hand/arm/shoulder. He takes very light contact from 94 and drops his stick from his right hand before the second bump.
There was almost no contact on the first hit, a non-contact injury is sometimes the worst.
What was he even trying to do? Go 1 on 4 up by 6? Just dump it in.

Norris has been dynamite as of late. Would be terrible to lose him now at a critical juncture.
I had just finished telling my son we should only see the 3rd and 4th lines for the rest of the game when it happened.
I also immediately asked what he was doing! Can't blame him for the injury but ya, what did he hope to gain?
They were just feeling it soo good all game, maybe he thought he would sneak in another goal.
