He was solid even in the first when he got beat 3 times. Could have been much worse.
He's gotten all the hard workload after Stolarz went down. The team hasn't looked great in the last month either. Woll has been really keeping us alive even if the save % is down.I didn’t really like his game lately and thought the control and focus wasn’t there, early goals, etc. but the last two periods in Montreal he looked like a money goalie who wouldn’t break. Give him a lot of credit for that.

From a trust standpoint he's earned in between the pipes. Health wise, yeah he's proving it as well.
I have no worries about Woll. Incredible blend of positioning, technical skills, athleticism and humbless. Hes fun to watch. Hes a better goalie than Stolarz which I think we will see as they play more games.Grant Fuhr-like performance from Woll last night. Bent but then shut the door as the Leafs won an eighties-style game.
I don't know if it was emotional or more mechanical and demonstrating control in the face of something that in the past might be addressed with a more emotional approach/player?The man has had a lot of work and "emotional games."
This is correct, and I applaud Woll for getting a break whether he asked for it or it was the coaching staff. Utterly insanity how hard Woll has had to backpack. The stats have fallen off, but how many crazy saves has he made?
Making saves when the Leafs have like 2 shots on net is a lot harder. Basically the Leafs need to play better defensively and play with more consistency on offence. We're going down 3-0 to the Habs and asking Woll to backpack the comeback.
