I remember in 2012, his first season here, he kinda sucked and people were upset about trading a 2nd and 3rd (?) for him. He ended up being a total stud of a top 4 Dman. Really one of Bowman’s best trades when you think about it.

Interesting nugget:
Susanna, on the left, used to be a Comcast Sports Net reporter here in Chicago.
Right, it was videos like this she did that got her fired when they were found to be out there after she accidentally said sex instead of success.

Still was a og gas money fan when csn had that trivia show she hosted, before that rebranded.

Only fond memories of Oduya. I still remember a 5-on-3 kill that he, Hammer and Kruger has against Minny. The reaction of the those three on the ice when they'd get a big block, or a clear and then killed it.

He and Hammer were an amazing 2nd pairing.

I was not a fan before we acquired him and did not care for trade to acquire him

He won me over though playing best hockey of his career in Chicago and he had great chemistry with team, etc

He was washed the 2nd time thru Chicago though. Like Seabrook 2015 was really the last gasps of quality hockey he had in game

But he was key cog in 2013 and 2015

That top 4 was special to watch when it was at its peak performance

I admittedly didn’t expect much when we got him based on nothing more than Winnipeg fans disliked him and called him O-doo-doo. But he was a key piece, and together with Hammer they were a great pairing.
