The guy who killed the Gaudreau brothers didn't make "one mistake". He made a couple, drinking before going behind the wheel, drinking WHILE being behind the wheel and trying to pass on the shoulder.

From all the tributes, Backlund's made me the most teary eyed, as we know Swedes aren't the most emotional people but he was hurting trying to read his eulogy.

Buddy Robinson. He was a childhood friend of Johnny and they got to play together in Calgary briefly.

Monahan is devastated. I really hope he can still find happiness in Columbus without his best friend on his wing. That's the main reason why he signed there this summer for 5 yrs

That was tough to watch. Sending lots of love to the entire family, friends and teammates. Seeing their father Guy at the end was heartbreaking.
