Would say more accidental then incidental, although you might be using the term differently. Definitely meant to hit him, just missed the shoulder and cut across. Has to be called

This would be “incidental” as I don’t think Byron meant to hit him. Just an awkward collision. Minor worthy at most

That one was purely incidental by both players involved...Galchenyuk even showed concern for Lowry after they collided, as he saw that it was Lowry's head that took the contact...no penalty there was the proper non-call...
