Would this make sense at all? Feel like they have the assets to get him and he'd fill a long term need for a high end RD. Maybe something bigger including Provorov as well so the Jets can get an immediate top 4 upgrade?

It would almost definitely be Yager+ for Jiricek. And with Yager having a kinda underwhelming year, I'm not entirely sure that cuts it for Winnipeg.

I mean there's a pretty big page on Jiricek offers going on already... This will probably get moved unless you start with a Provorov offer but that would be a substantial deal

Don't see a fit. Winnipeg either doesn't have the asset or wouldn't want to give up the asset it would take

Unless CBJ would be interested in something around Barlow and a 1st

Jets don’t need Provorov and can’t afford what CBJ will want for Jiricek.
As for Yager, there is zero reason to move him until we know for sure he won’t develop into a good 2C on the Jets

Why not on Provorov? I feel like a better #2LD is the obvious upgrade for Winnipeg to make although I guess they'd probably rather someone meaner

I think Jiricek is still not on the roster for the Jets this year and they have their own RHD they’ll want in salomonsson breaking into the NHL next season. I just don’t see it.
