I think you're focusing a little too much on big. Will be interesting to see where perrault and lowry fit.

I think we'll have to agree to disagree on this -I just think we need some size and strength on the blue line, and not get pushed around --especially in the playoffs. We don't need a monster like Buff -- but somebody with some size strength and talent. It would really help out a lot.

We're OK with what we have -- but this this a piece I'd like to see added.

A guy like Chiarot would be great -- he scored 2 goals in Montreal's win tonight --and yet when we had him, a lot of posters crapped all over him. If we had him, or a guy similar --I'd be very happy

Finishing in wildcard 1 and running through the Pacific in the playoffs is a solid plan

If things stay this way the Jets play Edmonton first round or Vancouver most likely. Both of those matchups are fine with me and quite frankly ideal.
Honestly, as I'm also a Canucks fan I'm hoping it's Edmonton. I'd love to see Vancouver win one round and meet the Jets in the 2nd. I think Winnipeg matches up so well that they would probably win that series handily, but the experience for the young core of Vancouver's to even win one round this year would make the season a huge success.

Of course, both teams need to make it first.

Stanley is big and not physical and Tanev was small and very physical.

To be honest I have worked hard on not paying attention to the pure negativity posters. I'm an optimistic fan who loves to cheer for the home side through thick and thin and ignore the non stop b******* and complaining from they more negative quarters.
Yup , but it does get hard to see and read the same negative comments all the time . I always just think of this gif and it really helps .

Stanley is not near fast enough, from what I've seen. Tanev is great, and is tough, but he's a "forward" and to small for a D-man IMO.

3 Jets scouts at NJ - SJ game tonight.
Who could the Jets be targeting?
I'm guessing a centerman to play between Connor and Laine.
Move Copp to center Harkins and Appleton.
Roslo on the wing with Lowry and Bourque.
Any guesses which center or forward Chevy may be after on those 2 teams?

Oh i hate the Oilers but if we got a chance to knock them out of the playoffs life would be good .

I would think your still dealing with old deep wounds the 80's Oilers left with you, and "many" of us. I do agree with your post though.

In my opinion, Roslovic should not be on the 4th line. Way too talented. Lowry yes, not Roslovic.
I think you quoted the wrong post MT, I was responding to @bennylundholm 's question regarding who the Jets might have been scouting at the SJ-NJ game.

I think they are looking at Palmieri as NJ is looking to move him & he can play multi positions I believe.

I'd like to see Roslovic left exactly where he is --centering Appleton and Harkins. Give them a chance to gain confidence and mature as a line. Roslovic has a lot of upside IMO.

jk he probably wouldn't want to come here but I'd take him over what we have.

Agree for now. Those three just seem to make each other better and that’s a very good thing for a line of young guys.
