Prospect Info: Jets Prospects

Yager scored the tieing goal last night in the third but his team dropped it in OT.

Yager actually tied the game twice, but the first time didn’t count:

Over the last 7 games, Yager has 14 points on his team’s 20 goals (70%). Lethbridge have been averaging less than a goal per game as a team without him, and the rest of the team hasn’t scored more than 1 goal in any of those games.

3-2 loss to Calgary, Yager with 1 A
2-1 win over Edmonton, Yager with 1 G
2-0 loss to Edmonton
4-3 win over Calgary, Yager with 3 points (3 G)
6-1 win over Prince Albert, Yager with 5 points (1 G, 4 A)
4-0 win over Red Deer, Yager with 3 points (1 G, 2 A)
3-2 loss (OT) to Calgary, Yager with 1G

Not sure how to search that.

I don't know where to find any NHLe but I assume that wherever it is it includes AHL NHLe.

How about his NCAA NHLe from last year? That should compare to Yager's this year.

Edit: Found it McG's NHLe for this year to date = 22
His NHLe last year in Big 10 was 39
P.S. Yager in Lethbridge NHLe = 44

Those numbers are from this calculator - NHLe Calculator - Frozen Tools

The calculator I found gives completely different numbers for both
Conversion factors here: NHL Equivalency and Prospect Projection Models: Building the NHL Equivalency Model (Part 2) | Towards Data Science

McGroarty's NHLe this year is:
22/40 x 0.389 (AHL rate) * 40/43 games (he played 3 NHL games with 0 points) = 0.199 in his D+3 season.

Salomonsson's D+3 is currently 0.248.

Lambert's D+3 is currently 0.227

McGroarty had a very slow start but I would say he's adjusted and started contributing at the AHL level.

Edit: So over 82 games...
McGroarty 16
Salomonsson 20
Lambert 19

Yagers is 39 by that calculator. So he's tracking similarly. Hopefully he makes a much smoother transition to pro hockey next year
