So Fleury is back skating in a regular jersey, just conditioning with practice, and Miller is skating, waiting for clearance. Sounds like Coghlan will be the odd man out after everyone comes back. I'm still surprised he got through waivers when you see a guy like Branstromm put on waivers. And some of the other guys who got picked up.
Namestnikov is a tough SOB. My guess is he finished a game with a swollen foot that he is struggling to put weight on. But it's possible that by the end of this home stand or the beginning of the road trip that the Jets are only down one player, Appleton, and that's remarkable health for this time of year.
