Also he hasnt actually missed a game yet looked bad but sometimes its something that hurts the same night next day is fine, its a long shot but he may miss 0 games

coach has the biggest ego on the team. A 1-0 win can be attributed more to a coach and his playstyle than a 6-5 freewheeling win

It was an awkward hit first of all and once you injure an area such as a knee or shoulder in football, hockey etc it's easier to re injure it. Let's not be so grim. He took a lot of big hits this yr before that..I feel like this one was just awkward angle

Shoulders are nasty, you can just be in the gym lifting and reinjure them too. Once those puppies pop out it's never the same it seems.

to be fair, empty net goals aren't bad. it's not like he doesn't have a shot that can beat a goalie anyway. The problem is his ability to handle a puck seemingly dropped off a cliff over the offseason

I think he should just get whatever surgery is needed and take a year to rehab it. Hopefully by the 2020 playoffs he'll be healthy but it's possible it'll never be 100% and might just be better off retiring or playing in a euro league.

guy is a 40 years old plug now earning 6.2 million. gonna be making the same money next year when he is 41. Lou is regarded as one of the best gm ever btw.
