I’m not fat. I’m cultivating mass.
Well that doesnt sound good. Doubt we see either guy in game 1.
Thanks Blues you bunch of c*nts.
can't tell 1 way or another, ehlers was in non-contact the day before game 6 and arneil even said he wasn't going to play but he was in the lineup the next day, we truly don't know anything about injuries and the most telling thing will be the morning skate tomorrowWell that doesnt sound good. Doubt we see either guy in game 1.

Interesting take. You think he just gets too worked up? He really wasn't very good all through the St Louis series. Look at how impressive Fleury was in his role, just confident and skating around everyone.I have no strong suspicion as to why Morrissey left Game 7...and I usually have an opinion on these things, FWIW. He looks pretty good in practice, however.
What is interesting to me is that he has now twice pulled himself from huge, do-or-die games (this one and 4-nations) and his team has won both without him. In the first instance, he pulled himself before the game and in the game 7 he walked off on his own steam after just playing a few minutes.
To be clear, I say this with great respect. As I've noted previously, unlike M Tkachuk, he subordinated his personal aggrandizement to the best interests of the team in the 4-Nations.
Interesting to imagine how the Jets would have fared in Game 7 if he had tried to grind it out for the rest of the first period...down another goal, maybe?

That what? because you know that's what they are going to do.Stanley being sick literally saved the team. I swear if they put him back in as soon as he’s healthy…
Clearly Stanley would not have done a fraction of what Fleury did. Fleury is miles better. I hope the coaching staff sees thatThat what? because you know that's what they are going to do.
They haven't seen it all season, so I don't know if they've had an epiphany here.Clearly Stanley would not have done a fraction of what Fleury did. Fleury is miles better. I hope the coaching staff sees that
Probably not. Fleury should be in the line up. But, getting worked up by what’s inevitable I may as well say if I. Have to pay taxes again…Clearly Stanley would not have done a fraction of what Fleury did. Fleury is miles better. I hope the coaching staff sees that
Guarantee they don’t.If we were 5 D and one was Stanley I don't see how we win that game.
I think Stanley would especially struggle against the Stars, who are faster off the rush, and do more cycling than grinding in the O zone, than the Blues.Clearly Stanley would not have done a fraction of what Fleury did. Fleury is miles better. I hope the coaching staff sees that
He might, and we are most likely going to find out.I think Stanley would especially struggle against the Stars, who are faster off the rush, and do more cycling than grinding in the O zone, than the Blues.

His whole season was either amazing or dogshit
With Stan, you know what you're getting
Yeah, recency bias and Stanley Derangement Syndrom can cloud people's opinions pretty easilyYeah, people forget he was very uneven this year. He started out great and then really fell off hard. He was then up and down before having that amazing game the other day.
He's been a journeyman dmen for a reason.
He is horrible almost every game. So ya, we know what you are getting.Fleury is miles better... until he isn't

Which is what Fleury brings, minus the amazing.Fleury is miles better... until he isn't

But they’re not sitting Schenn because he’s the vet who cost a 2nd round pick. So Stanley has to sit because that pairing is a massive liability.Yeah, recency bias and Stanley Derangement Syndrom can cloud people's opinions pretty easily
Stanley - Miller was statistically the best 3rd pairing we had all season
Playoffs so far.... (edit: 5v5)He is horrible almost every game. So ya, we know what you are getting.
I'm not a doctor, but...
I'm wondering if it's bruised ribs. He took a beating after Scheif went down in Game 5 and took even more hits in Game 6. It could be one of those rib injuries where it hurts like hell when you turn the wrong way or take a super deep breath?
I hope watching Fleury outskate his opponents in game 7 showed that we need more speed not more notspeed.Stanley being sick literally saved the team. I swear if they put him back in as soon as he’s healthy…
It’s crazy it’s as if ppl want Stan to fail so they can be right.Yeah, recency bias and Stanley Derangement Syndrom can cloud people's opinions pretty easily

I don't want him to fail, I don't even want to give him a chance to fail. We have better options. It’s crazy it’s as if ppl want Stan to fail so they can be right.
Even if it’s just the coaches, who led team to top of league insisting on Stan playing he’ll be in at some point in round.
I’m more concerned with Helly than I am with Stan who will play 10 minutes a game.
Unfortunately not up to you or me. So the only thing you can do is root for whoever plays that 3rd pairing spot.I don't want him to fail, I don't even want to give him a chance to fail. We have better options.
