Keep in mind the Blues sat Suter and Kessel; the equivalent of us sitting Stan and Schenn, it's not a bad move to also bring in speed that changes how the Blues play against us as well. Stan getting hemmed in is exactly what the blues want.
Retrieval and zone exits are key. Those are Schenn and stans biggest weaknesses, they simply are slow to pucks and slow to move the puck.

It has not hurt much at all. Our problems are defence and goalkeeping.

Ehlers has missed so many playoff games and when he did play in the last few he played with an obvious injury. 2 years ago Hartman hurt his shoulder in a dirty hit before the playoffs. COVID playoffs he has a neck injury. He played last year but I seem to remember him not being 100.
Terrible for us as he makes the 2nd line dangerous.

Jets got their annual playoff goal out of Gus, does Kupari have one in him these playoffs? Arny seeing these guys at practice and who is skating best would know.

I wonder about Stanley-Miller as the 3rd pairing at home, and running the top 2 d-parings as the 2 PK units. I don't have any analytics on Schenn's PK value, is it higher than Miller's 5 on 5 output, or the potential he has to be a PP difference in this series?

Obviously, you don't want to give St. Louis more powerplays and as we've seen, the refs are SO HORNY to give the Jets penalties, but I'd love to see, especially if the Jets get up by a couple or few goals, that some of these turds answer, particularily for the way they've been taking liberties with Schiefele.

Imagine if Ehlers was in this series? He might actually be murdered by now.
