Reading the Jets GDT and they certainly don't think much of the Habs.

Have you by chance read your own GDT? Good luck tonight guys, I think the Jets are better than you think, just like I believe the Habs are better than people think. Here's to proving them all wrong! :handclap:

I don't understand why Jets fans think they have the better hand for this game. We avec a better PP, a better PK, and we allowed twice less goals than them... they allowed 14, we allowed 7...

Jets schedule so far has been much harder.

I hate TSN-HABS channel with a passion.

It's the only regional blackout that affects me in Nova Scotia.

Literally ordered Center Ice (on Eastlink) mainly to watch Habs games, and they black it out to force you to order TSN-Habs (which isn't an option on Eastlink).

For the record this Bell Fibre Op still isn't available in my region so I'm not about to switch to Bell anytime soon.
The game should be on RDS for you, I think?

PP is more for not getting it together (doesn't mean good or bad) and optimism for newly found forward depth that was non-existant last year (basically ran two 2nd lines, a 4th and a revolving door of AHL players last year....

This is part of the reason too:
Using Fenwick as competition levels Jets have had a harder competition level:

MTL:
Lose vs TOR: 14th in East
Win vs WSH: 9th in East
Win vs FLA: 15th in East
Win vs NJD (OT): 12th in East

WPG:
Lose vs OTT: 1st in East
Lose vs BOS (OT): 3rd in East
Win vs WSH: 9th in East
Win vs NYI (OT): 8th in East
Win vs PIT: 6th in East

Take it with a grain of salt, but Jets' competition level does seem tougher if you ignore sh%/sv%...
Also, MTL has been over scoring and Jets have been under scoring... relative to team shooting percentages....

Personally I think it can go either way pretty much 50/50

Long Island and Washington are hardly worldbeaters. As for Montréal, they gave the Devils their first lost of the season. But congrats on beating the Pens. Anyhow, I'm looking for an good game. May the best team win.

I expect a very unfocused game tonight by Montreal, the way things culminated with the kids being told they are staying, Patches injury and Subban signing I expect a few guys won't be up to par. Winnipeg has the tools to make the Canadiens pay for discipline issues and might be out for blood after getting Shmeckled all season last year by the Habs.

Hopefully the Habs pound them out of the gates !
