Couple things... When did Buff get an "A" because he didn't start the season with one(I think).
I got déjà vu when I saw Kane turn and do that spin pass towards the net.

I feel sorry for you smart Jet fans who get lumped in with the braindead zombies who phone in to the post game show.

To get a job in sports journalism do all i have to do is be able to outwit these loons? Because i can assure you i wouldn't be proposing trading half the farm team for Jarome Iginla

The best was Rick Ralphs comment "well time to put on the waders and talk to the callers" after the Friday game.

I agree! The pass from Ladd was masterful and the shot?!? Just a beauty.

Also, my name is Gudas. Fear me and my beard.

PS you are the greatest guy in the whole world. Maybe universe even.

 Aww you're too nice.

My name is Gudas.. you have hit me, prepare to die.

I legit feel sorry for Ralph, i couldn't handle that job without pointing out why said caller is an idiot.

And while i am a Bruins fan first, living in the city here it's kind of hard not to follow the Jets, so consider me an observer

...Maybe i'll stick to the written part of sports journalism, lol

God i'd kill to go to a game, no matter the seating,

But alas, as a broke (soon to be in the fall) university student that isn't happening any time soon.

Heehee. Sounds like your bro date went well! :P

Looks like you had awesome seats. I've only caught a game in the lower bowl twice, it's great. Way less cramped than in the 300s, you actually feel like you can stretch out.

I guess it's safe to say that wasn't you in the Bruins jersey leaning over the Jets bench during the Caps game? :)

LOL Nope.

I wouldn't wear my Bruins jersey to a Jets game unless if Boston was the opponent.

Wouldn't be opposed to wearing my old Thrashers jersey though :P (Not sure how i got it, but i do have one)

lol, someone beat me to it. i was going to ask if you were that guy, too.

so if i ever made it up to Winnipeg, would i be chastised for wearing my Buff Thrashers jersey? :) some Jets fans at the game here last year didn't treat me too kindly. :D

I'd like to say no, especially if Buff's name is on the back, but our fans here can be rather....dickish at times (like any fanbase anyway)

Can't be any worse then Bomber fans, poor souls (sadly most of us are Bomber fans too here i'd like to think)

Y'know, for Jets 1.0 I was in that boat. Struggling to find cash and that's back when 7-11 was selling seats and you could get upper deck otherwise for maybe $20 and then sneak down to the 100s. It sucked, but given how the "adult" life is some 20+ years later sometimes, I'll take the university life and partying over being able to afford seasons.

All things in time.

A couple of quick questions, haven't read the GDT. Did the broadcast team give any possible reasoning behind not giving TB a penalty when that guy ran over Pavs? It didn't look like any of our guys was even close to him to knock him into Pavs, so I really can't believe that wasn't called. Second question related to the first, was Wheelers goalie interference a good call or a bad one? On the replay, it sure looked like TB's goalie deserved an Oscar, but it was a bit of a funny camera angle, so I'm not 100% sure.
