you heard it here first, but the Saturday game against the Canes will be the biggest game of the season and we will destroy them

Anyways, back to WCW, why their surprise at him ripping off the shiny pants?! :shakehead

Tokyo Magnum joined them for the hell of it for laughs. It was a tag match with Tokyo and his partner VS Disco and Wright I think.

How many times have I seen Byfuglien get a goal or at least a good chance off the wall from mid-way between the opposition blue line and goal line? Is that a set play for the Jets?

Talk about a pp face lift with good ol' Toby Enstrom back! It looked pretty good with all the nice puck movement and Buff just looked a lot more comfortable. On the flip side, the PK looked pretty sketchy at times... I think it's missing the stay at home d's, Hainsey and Stuart. Hopefully they come back soon and maybe just maybe the Jets will get their top D all healthy and good to go. GJG!

This win is one step closer to restoring my confidence in this team.

I usually forget games, especially losses but I'm still pissed about those two losses to the caps. Could really come back to bite us in the end.

Toby's goal was the best thing ever. In the world.

I agree! The pass from Ladd was masterful and the shot?!? Just a beauty.

Also, my name is Gudas. Fear me and my beard.

PS you are the greatest guy in the whole world. Maybe universe even.

Burmi was promoted I noticed ;)

PS I've started tracking the Jets' zone entries for AIH :D Keep your eyes open!

I actually think I saw him flip the puck in deep a few times tonight too. :handclap:

Not the prettiest game, but it was a clean win. Little was beasting out there, beauty goal by Enstrom, Pavs pretty solid. I thought Tangradi was playing pretty well tonight too.

Honourable mention for best acting goes to Tampa's goalie on that head snap on Wheeler's penalty.

Going to the game live you can see where Noel would have had some frustrating moments with #8. You aren't stickhandling through 3 guys so best to maybe flip it deep.

Tangradi I thought was very good tonight. Couple good chances to score, used his speed and had a couple nice hits. That second goal on Pavelec was stinky but he was very good tonight otherwise.

Nice to see the joy back in Joyville. :D

Bit sloppier than I would've liked, but the two points is all that matters. Kane-Jokinen-Mittens looked a bit better, but they still are playing like a failed chemistry experiment. IMO it's time for Burmi to centre that line, with either Wellwood or Antro (both of whom played excellent tonight, I thought) on the right side. Olli has been producing like a 3rd liner, that's where he should be.

Toby Enstrom is an absolute beauty. I take back anything negative I said about him last season, he has played exactly as advertised this season. The job he did against Marty St. Louis tonight was masterful.

That second goal on Pavelec was stinky but he was very good tonight otherwise.

Really? Thought that was a pretty tricky deflection to deal with. But yeah, Pavelec had an outstanding game tonight. That save on Conacher was grand larceny.

Important win.

Enstrom is a real game-changer - such an important player for this team.

Hate to be a bit of a downer, but Bogosian has been out of sorts for the past few games.
