That powerplay is an abomination. Two years ago and part of last year, Jets would have put 3 in on the PP.

Losing games clean in regulation thanks to this awful system. It's incredible how bad it is. Sure, Buff is gone and Laine is now a "power forward" so he can't score anymore, but there's no excuses - move players on/off, pass the puck faster, etc.

Hoping they just saved the garbage for tonight and saved the performance for the marquee game. That was down right pathetic, minus Helle.

Ugly start to this game and we pushed back to late in the end.

Helle was fantastic, kept the team in it.

Perhaps the worst game I have seen Morrissey play. Timing was off, was caught flat footed a couple of times and was sloppy with his passing. All of which are uncharacteristic. Not sure if he is injured or he's putting too much pressure on himself but he just needs to relax and play his own game and not try to force things that aren't there.

Kulikov was also meh on the top pairing tonight.

Pionk and Heinola had solid nights

Third pair was meh.

Wheeler was also really poor tonight. He was standing around way too much and what the heck happened to his shot, its like a pea shooter this year.

Long time coming changing up the top 6 and it seemed to spark the team a bit. Maurice needs to leave it together for a number of games to see if it can gain traction.

I for the life of me can't understand how Maurice doesn't have Ehlers on the ice when down by a goal with the EN. Not only are zone entries king but he is also third on the team among forwards in scoring. How can you leave him on the bench.......

Special teams are also an absolute mess. The PK is passive and the PP is predictable and static.

That's a really bad loss. Can't be dropping games to bad teams @ home.

Chevy, took 9 years but with the sellout streak ending you're officially on the clock.

What's the deal with Morrissey lately? Lingering injury? Weight of his contract? He's been off for a while, hope he gets it sorted
