Say what you will, Mase made some solid saves tonight I admit, however he cannot allow that tying goal. Still not sold on him even as a backup. That was a costly mistake. Helle NEVER does that. Helle has bad games yes but not costly mistakes like that.

I would still keep Stastny in the middle of the second first line. Would be interesting to see what kind of damage Connor - Sheifele - Laine combo could do:popcorn:
They'll have to make decision on one of Little, Stastny, Perrrault. I think Stas is just a rental and we keep other two. With Roslo emerging our top 9 is set next year.

I mean if Stastny were to head to free-agency.

But this could work too if we were to re-amp the lines.

Laine-Scheifele-Wheeler
Connor-Roslovic-Ehlers
Perreault-Stastny-Little
Lowry-Copp-Armia/Tanev

This actually looks even better and so dangerous.

Can anyone tell me how often we've come out ahead in the penalty parade this year? Seems like 9 out of 10 games we get the lions share, but maybe thats just the way it seems.

When there meaningless games and the home teams getting killed the calls aren't going your way.

Connor is the OT master :yo:
Also congrats to Niku for the goal
I'm still not happy about the player resting though

I am totally happy that the Jets rested players. While the Jets have a small chance of getting the Presidents trophy and win the division, conference and league tidal resting our most important players on a back to back was the right thing to do. The Jets are in the show and success in the PO's is way more important then any regular season game at this point. The fact they keep winning even if they are bad wins does not nullify the fact that resting our top players was the right move.

Love when the Jets win , the youngsters played well but that reffing was horrible . It's like the refs are told to watch the Jets players more than their opposition . I'm obviously a Jets homer but this is getting scary going into the playoffs . Maybe all the refs were shown that great video of Maurice , f*** off , f*** you , and f*** you too !!

Roslo with back to back games with 2 points. How can they keep this kid out of the lineup? He looked great tonight.
Roslovic deserves to stay in the lineup.

Really disappointed by another dumb penalty from Perreault.

Connor was outstanding.

Buff had a really casual game before the antics at the end.

Niku looks like the real deal.

I would not mind re trying Perreault Little Roslo. Roslo has earned at least to try that a game before playoffs. I think Armia has been the weak link on that line, and doesn't have much with Little and Frenchie. Litts and Frenchie are working hard and buzzing just not getting any results done to show. I have faith in big playoff games they will show up though. I really do

Tonight was all about the kids and they came trough is spades.! I think the oldest goal scorer tonight was 22.

Love it!

Roslo played great tonight and the kid deserves a spot on the team. That said if it is between Roslo and Tanev playing I'd go with Tanev because I think he can help us more to win in this years PO's then Roslo. This is not a shot at Roslo but Tanev on the Lowry line adds a dimension that makes the line a dominate force they will help the Jets win in the PO's. If there is a injury in the forward group then Roslo must play but Tanev with Copp and Lowry are a force of nature that should not be broken up. I truly believe if the Jets are going to make some serious noise in this PO's the Lowry line will be a major part of their success.

Roslo will be a major part of the Jets by most likely next season but right now I think Tanev can helps us more then he does.

Given the last time Mason played, ya gotta cut him some slack.

Yep I'd take Armia out before Tanev or Roslo.
