Unfortunately, the lesson bruno is gonna take away is that we win when the old folks get all the ice time.
The only thing I regret about this one is that we'll never know if the rumors were true!

Of course I knew we'd win. (Ha Ha!) Seriously, that was a good effort, what I expected out of this team. There were a couple of whiffs on both sides, but theirs were whiffier.

Yes, although I thought it was a weird one. Nov 30 makes more sense, so maybe there's still a chance.
I will be outside of my window of 10 - 20 games. The team may be out of the playoffs, not mathematically, but practically, in another week. They are fighting for last place in the division with the StinkHawks.

Svech with 11 total shifts. Just under 3 minutes with Stamkos on his line ... then slid down with Vange, ZLH, and Jankowski.
Pretty sure Parssinen couldve done that. I dont see the need to jerk the players around like that if you arent going to use them

So winning or losing, the kids don't play.
An interesting thing is Stamkos had 10:31 of EV and 4:02 of PP ice time. Maybe someone finally figured out he's a PP specialist?
PS: Sadly my darker speculation that Evangelista was running out of runway in a Fabbro-like way seems to actually be happening. And bringing Svech up just to bench Parssinen, who was playing well in minimal minutes, seems counterproductive to both of them.

I'm celebrating this win, this was fun! They played so much better, they were shooting instead of looking to pass and getting to rebounds. Juuse was awesome as usual. Big $$$ guys stepped up. Once they got going they kept their foot on the pedal, no turtling when they went up 3-1. They attacked in waves and went to the net!
I don't know if it was just because they won, but they looked like they were playing with more confidence and determination than I've seen all year.
My frosty was quite tasty.
A lot of jets fans in their stupid white cowboy hats had a whole lot to say before the game, but were awfully silent after the game! On the way into the arena some lady was screaming go jets go in my face and I said ugh, tourist. She shut up.
