The record makes it pretty hard not to notice the obvious game management going on. Jets are 15-1, but are 26th in PP opportunities per game in the league. Seems like every time we score a go ahead goal we're in the penalty box within two shifts. It's frickin' embarassing!

I wonder what it is. It's certainly not just luck. Do we have a bottle that says special winning juice that travels with the team? Do they have group hugs? Group lashings?

4/5 Skeltons tonight, first 2 periods were kinda sloppy but the third sealed the win in the third. KFC with 3 points, Fefe loves playing the Rangers, Helle made saves when he had to and out dueled Igor. This team is pulling in the same directions and doing the right things on the ice. Vilardi's goal is a candidate for goal of the year. Keep rolling keep collecting points let the haters hate this is a great hockey team atm. Great start to the short road trip.

the jets have now won 23 out of their last 24 regular season games....thats 46 out of a possible 48 points. Insane....literally the greatest stretch of regular season hockey in nhl history.
Very well stated - very very few teams in NHL history have won 46 of 48 of their last regular season games. Amazing what they've done.

Great game to watch although I may have annoyed the folks in the apartments next to mine.

Two gripes, however:

Why do we always draw a penalty when we're leading with between 8 to 5 minutes left in the game?

Why does the other team interfere with our goalie with impunity?

Not that I expect the League to answer for the biased officiating but I'd like to think that Chevy or Chipman might want to embarrass the brass a little.
