All jokes aside, No matter how playoffs turn out, I am very proud of this 82 game regular season. For me, it will rank above the 2017/2018 Season.

Especially considering the narratives and headlines that preceded this season..."Will the Jets Get Moved?"... "Will 55 & 37 Sign Somewhere Else?'.... "Are The Jets Frauds?"...."Will The Jets Even Make The Playoffs?"...

This season took those narratives and stuffed them back up the naysayers (bigger markets and media networks) butts.... And in real Blue Collar like fashion. Which is really representative of Winnipeg imo.

The way this Jets Team brought their lunch pale to work, night in and night out this season, was a thing to marvel at. And it was marvelled by both fans and teams around the league.

I would really love to see the Jets end up with the Presidents Trophy and a banner to go along with it, to remind Winnipeg that, when times get tough, if you pull up your socks and go to work, you can still turn it around!

While a Stanley Cup would be the better prize, it doesnt take away from what the Jets did this season. At the end of the day (or my life), this season will forever be burned in my memory regardless of any hardware or banners.

May our WHITE OUT parties be filled with love, beer and glory!
