I was hoping we'd keep it close or maybe squeak one out. This was a very lovely surprise.

I have to say I thought they would lose and would have been fine with it but wow just wow. I hope this is real and not a dream

Might this now qualify as the best game the Jets have played so far this season. There have been some great ones. This one has to be close to the top.

Anyone who has been watching the Jets for some time can clearly see now the difference between the systems and personnel utilization deployed by Bones and his sidekick Arniel, compared to the shit show we were under Maurice. Man, we wasted so many seasons with that clown.

Great game. Great structure. Great execution. Great win.

Hat tip to the Lowry line, matched up hard against Pastrnak and only gave up 4 shots and .21 xGoals in that matchup in almost 10 minutes of icetime. One of Appleton's better games even before the assist.

I like the 2nd unit PP's look with Pionk moving the left halfwall instead of manning the point. Pionk actually shoots from the halfwall unlike 55 and opens up looks for others.

The Jets dominate Corsi but lost in the xG battle, this is one of the few games where xG doesn't reflect reality, most of the Bruins xG were jam plays into Helle's pads, they really didn't have much in the way of dangerous shots going.

Shame Helle couldn't get the shutout but that's how she goes sometimes.

Another good game by the 4th line. Gus is finally starting to turn that strong board-work into shots and chances. Can't wait to see how they look once Kupari back.

Still don't like Schmidts 'almost under control' game

We are playing the best team defense I've ever seen this team play. Able to roll 4 lines and take command.

5/5 Stickmen tonight, Nino with two, Vilardi keeps on scoring but I wanna talk about the D. As a unit this team is playing as good as any 6 man unit we have had here. Good gaps, blocking shots, good zone exits with Joshua leading the way they gave the Bruins nothing tonight. Helle deserved a shut out but a win will have to do. 4th line still playing well and Schmidt looked relieved on the bench after that point. As always keep collecting points back in first where we belong

Living through the Jets 1.0 NHL years as a kid, I can honestly say that you yougins' don't know what you have in this franchise. For myself and others, having a .500% season was an exciting time. Today, it is the norm with Jets 2.0. Enjoy it while you can!
