They beat a team that was fighting for its playoff lives with a very solid effort but Schmidt is still in shambles and Nino is struggling.

The team played well for the most part.

The top line still gives up too much in terms of defensive zone time and chances.

I feel for Perfetti, it's just comical now on how nothing is going in for him. Should have had a couple of points tonight. But he's carrying himself well and isn't getting discouraged. He'll be better off in the long run once he overcomes it.

Ehlers has turned his game around and is playing excellent hockey.

LB was great in net and the defense outside of Nate played well.

good win against a desperate team, like I said yesterday had we got that goal when we were controlling play teams would stop pushing which you saw after we made it 4-2, weird how some regulars decided to skip the game tonight lol...
Aye, the backchecking showed who was checking out especially in the second and third. On the other hand, Names, Monny, Nino, Iafallo and Lowry, Josh and DeMelo put in a good game. Perfetti looked fine.

Solid game.

1st line is still freewheeling but rest of the team is back to Bones system

Powerplay is running through Vilardi instead of Scheif - think thats the biggest difference

Scheif still playing like a leader though - would be surprised if these guys don't start rolling again

Dont like Perfetti on the 4th line but dont know where to put him

Second line sure seems to have gelled... Bones rolling all four lines finally

Still cant figure out why we didn't play Nino at C when Scheif was down but we play him as our PP2 C now...

Schmidt sucks.

Other than a 12 minute sag in the middle of the second period, I thought the Jets controlled the majority of the game. Top line attributed themselves better than last game, but still suffer from being very light on the transition game. Ehlers is f***ing money. Really is criminal that he doesn't get more ice time. Speaking of that ice time, I don't really mind Perfetti's demotion. It's been a while since he was a positive factor on the ice. I think a full season is really draining on him. He hit a wall. He's had some good looks tonight, and one should have gone in if Nino could finish. Hofer robbed him of that second chance. The top line is scoring goals, but are still an issue in their own zone. As it is, a much better game than against Arizona. Good job.
Perfetti was a positive factor tonight. Could have had 3 points tonight if Nino could have finished either time or Vlad scored on the breakaway created by the forecheck. Given 10 mins of ice that was a positive game

4/5 Stickmen tonight, LB standing stall as posters say he is probably the best back up in the league, Iafallo gets off the can, Joshua sets the tone on D. 4th line goodness a little luck at they would of potted a couple. Dilly scoring machine face puncher board smasher. Over all the Jets for the most part out played the Blues full marks for the win. Keep on collecting points
