Kudos to Helly for keeping us in it, MacKinnon and Makar..
Av’s really pressured Helly but there were a lot of good defensive plays by both the Jets D and Jets forwards.
Respect from Av’s home commentators post game, but if we see them in playoffs, it won’t be a cakewalk.
DeMelo better and Samberg made a lot of good plays although IMHO his soft tissues like ligaments and tendons in his foot are still in rebuild mode.
But just think, the team did this with Lowry sidelined. Amazing game.

I'll take the win but the Jets have to have an answer for the Avs for the playoff because right now the only plan seems to be to hope that the Avs cross over into the Pacific Division side of the playoff tree.

I agree with you the Av's had the better chances and Jets have no answer Mac,Mak and Rat other then Helle standing on his head and some puck luck

basically if we face the avs in the playoffs we can't lose the 2nd/3rd/4th line matchups, who ever is matched up against their top line is going to lose, they are just too good to shut down in a 7 game series

3/5 Skeleltons tonight, seemed like a lot of the game was played in the Jets zone tonight but the Jets battled and took two points. Plinko with the winner but his partner had a rough night. Stanley on the other hand had a nice quiet night which is good. Vladdy 2 points, Joshua 2 points. The 4th line played really well. Sad face for Koal yet again. Helle made stops when he needed to. No more comments from me about the reffing...........until the next game. Keep collecting points and the next two games are payback games.

That may still not be enough especially in Col because they can line match. The jets would have to win all home gsmes and hope for home ice advantage.

Avs have the best center and defense man in the league and if the have to play 25 mins to 30 mins each game they will not last playing a heavy team in the playoffs.
That was a horseshit call at the end of the game on Ehlers but if I remember correctly the Jets have a few bad calls against them last couple of playoff series (VGH,Avs) or non calls but because the games were not close it was not mentioned.
It really is amazing having a top PP and suddenly your opponents don’t get penalties.

people on here are too dramatic.. even if we lose the next two, or three, this team has talent, and can match up against makar, mackinnon, rantanen. Without our captain to boot.
mack is elite but even he puts on piss poor displays sometimes. wtf was he doing on

its impossible to predict how a team will play on a certain night in most situations or else we would all be rich
so have faith in your team through the hard times and the bad.
