Yea that’s a bad dive haha

Much (maybe most) of what people here call dives is really just large men moving fast on tiny knives losing the balance. I’ve noticed some of the regular accused are guys who are particular agile/great edge work

But nah that’s a dive right there haha. They have to fine that

When I think of embellishers, Skinner and Stutzle always come to mind.

I see it's finally caught up with one of them.

Yah yah, Subban this and that. Habs fans heard it all.

Maybe Skinner needs to write a letter to dispute the fine like Rantanen did. That's why they won't dare to fine Rantanen anymore :sarcasm:

I mean - fining for diving is great in my opinion - but I'm not going to lie, it feels a little bit wacky that this is what's getting a fine.

Literally he just falls and gets back up and keeps playing. Didn't even look like he was looking for a call?

I feel like there's more egregious dives with head snaps and litigious arguments with refs in almost every game.

But far from me to get offended on behalf of thousands of a multimillionaires dollars. 😂
The guys rubbing their faces after their heads haven't even been touched.

In related news, the NHL has announced that Mason Marchment will have the last digit of his pinky finger removed for excessive diving...

Probably a bunch more that led to embelishing teams player going on the PP so they can’t fine to not ruin the refs “integrity”
