Wouldn't it be hilarious if the guy frequently ranked 10th or lower in our D list became one of the best ones? Just looking at the lack of progression in his numbers made many, myself included, think he wasn't even going to get an ELC.

Northeastern seems to mold NHL habits into their dmen.

The first time I started paying attention to him was at the 2023 Beanpot. He was obviously under-rated from what I saw.
He also showed an ability to move/rush the puck and not make dumb decisions with it once he got there.
Unlike our highly touted assistant captain.

Great progression in AHL. I think we are going to love him more than Jordan Harris. He have a very good potential.

Different players. Harris sees the ice better and is a more fluid skater, Struble is a good athlete who can punish players (if scouts are accurate). Jayden will have to translate his skills to the quicker pace of the NHL. As a bottom pairing NHL D, Struble seems to be a better choice. Habs have some good young tradeable players!

Struble Kovacevic

We'll see what MSL does.
